We are off to a flying start with our EX Open Trainings, Swimrun Sprint Cup, MySwimrun Friendship Battle and the upcoming EX Runmarö. There are so many opportunities for all of us to do what we love — grab a friend and get out there Swimrunning like a champ!

EX RUNMARÖ LAUNCHES SWIMRUN SPRINT CUP
We are finally here! After more than a year of planning and preparation, we welcome all racers and families to Runmarö for the inaugural EX Swimrun Runmarö race.
We will celebrate a Swedish sport on a Swedish island in the Stockholm Archipelago and enjoy the hospitality of the local islanders. The race takes place in warm lakes across the island, as well as a few sea swims that will be a little more refreshing. But we can guarantee that overall it will be a warm and welcoming event.

Short 14K – a fun short course, SWIFA of 10%, part of Swimrun Sprint Cup.

Long 22K – a challenging course to Storholmen, SWIFA of about 15%.
After Swimrun party at Svängen with pizza buffé, god drinks, ice-cream and more. Come and enjoy a fantastic day together with us.

BRING YOUR KIDS AND TRY SWIMRUN WITH US
If we want to grow the sport of Swimrun, we need to inspire kids, youngsters, and teenagers to try the sport we love. We all know that kids love swimming with their clothes on — it feels a little bit naughty.
That’s why we are hosting a Swimrun with KIDS session in Rösjön, Sollentuna, only 15 minutes by car from Stockholm city centre. We will make sure all the kids have a great time swimming and running with us in a very safe and controlled environment. Afterwards, they can enjoy a warm shower, changing rooms, and a tasty fika together with us.

APOLLO AND EX SWIMRUN TRAINING CAMP 2027
We are extremely happy to announce that Apollo has chosen EX Swimrun as their official Swimrun Training Camp at Fuerteventura for 2027. We know we have delivered two amazing trips to the legendary Playitas Resort on Fuerteventura — and now we also have Apollo’s stamp of approval.
The camp will take place on March 15 - 22 2027, and is open to everyone who wants to swim, run, train and have fun in the sun with us. For those living in southern Sweden, we are also happy to announce that you can join us via Copenhagen Airport.
